Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a Leasing Assistant to support the Leasing team in efficiently leasing units, tracking unit status, ensuring timely rent payments, and preparing all necessary leasing documents. You will ensure smooth operations of assigned buildings and maintain proactive, professional contact with tenants.

Key duties include engaging clients 100 days before expiry, delivering renewal services, coordinating with agents, handling documentation and cheques, maintaining renewal

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or suitable alternative.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Dubai.

• Ensure high level of communication and customer service while approaching the client
• Coordinate with agents when relevant
• Handling the documentation /cheques/payments in line with the company policies and procedures
• Maintain a smooth renewal transaction
• Maintain monthly reports as requested by the management
• Keep records of prospect interactions and transactions in the CRM.
• Maintain the relation with existing customers for the upcoming renewals

Job description

The purpose of the role is primarily to be responsible in assisting the Leasing team for the efficient leasing of the unit. You would also be responsible to obtain the status of each unit, ensure the rental payments are done and prepare all documentation work necessary for the leasing process. You are responsible for the smooth operations of the buildings assigned to you with an effective contact with the tenants.
