Job summary

AMEA Power Group is seeking an Intern – Project Finance in Dubai to support financing activities, build financial models, and structure investment opportunities while gaining hands-on experience in project finance.

You will learn to work with lenders, prepare due diligence, and interact with diverse stakeholders while developing skills in budgeting, tariff modeling, and financial optimization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of financing principles and lending arrangements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related subject.
• CFA training or financial modeling training is a plus.
• Experience in multinational contexts or large banks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support financing for AMEA’s projects and assist in financial modeling.
• Learn market trends, lender appetites, and debt-raising processes.
• Assist due diligence, documentation, and presentations for lenders.
• Contribute to risk analysis and structuring of projects.
