Job summary

Vision Invest in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support bids, prepare presentations, and manage submission documents.

You will review RFP terms, run financial models, develop cost benchmarks, engage with external advisors, and coordinate data for lenders while analyzing project stakeholders' financial statements. Strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset are essential to deliver accurate analyses and help drive financing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement.
• Ability to read and interpret profitability, liquidity, leverage, and solvency ratios.
• Basic concepts of time value of money: NPV, IRR, and discounted cash flows.
• Knowledge of the cost of capital (WACC) and Capital Asset Pricing Model.
• Understanding of equity and debt financing.
• Familiarity with DCF, comparable company analysis and precedent transactions.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, charts, and basic macros.
• Ability to build cash flow projections and valuation models.
• Experience reviewing project financing documents and due diligence reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; strong communication; curiosity and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparing bids, presentations, and submission documents
• Review RFP documents and provide feedback on the Procurer’s proposed terms
• Run various scenarios in the financial model and audit the output
• Develop cost models and perform cost benchmarking exercises
• Engage with external advisors (financial, legal, tax, and accounting), review their deliverables, and provide feedback
• Coordinate with lenders and provide the required information and data for their assessments
• Participate in discussions with lenders on project due diligence and negotiation of financing terms
• Evaluate financial statements of project stakeholders
• Maintain bid submission trackers and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain status updates
