Moove is seeking a Remote Vehicle Operator to monitor live operations and respond to remote assistance requests for the Dubai fleet. The role supports autonomous vehicles, escalates issues, and contributes to the knowledge base. You will work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
A high school diploma or higher is required, with strong English communication and a UAE driving licence (3+ years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and Arabic is a plus.

As a Remote Vehicle Operator, you are the eyes and hands behind our fleet. You will monitor live vehicle operations, respond to remote assistance requests, and ensure every ride is completed safely and efficiently across Dubai.
This is a critical frontline operations role. You will work within our remote assistance platform to support autonomous vehicles in the field, elevate issues with precision, and help build the operational knowledge base that makes our fleet smarter over time. You will operate on a rotating shift schedule providing 24/7 coverage across the fleet.
High school diploma or above; field of study unrestricted
Directly reporting to our Remote Operator Lead, and closely working with our Remote Operations Team.
