Job summary

Soluvide is hiring two Sales Executives in the UAE to sell AI chatbots, AI agents, and business automations. The role is full-time, remote-first, based in Abu Dhabi and covering Dubai and Sharjah, with a base salary plus uncapped commission.

A minimum of two years' B2B sales experience is required. You will build a pipeline from a standing start, engage owners and operations directors, and coordinate with engineering to scope opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

Minimum two years in B2B sales or business development roles in UAE or region.
Demonstrated outbound pipeline generation and closing experience.
Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic.
Based in Abu Dhabi or able to cover UAE domestically with travel.
Valid right to work in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline across UAE markets including Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.
Generate opportunities via outbound calls, messaging, email, and events.
Conduct discovery meetings with owners and operations directors to scope needs.
Demonstrate AI chatbots, agents, and automation capabilities to clients.
Prepare scoping briefs for engineering to deliver fixed-fee proposals within 24 hours.
Manage opportunities from first contact to signed agreement and CRM updates.
Capture market feedback to inform product priorities and positioning.
Represent Soluvide at client meetings and industry events.
