Job summary

Magna Legal Services is seeking a research-driven professional to support litigation projects with rigorous jury-related tasks and data-driven insights. You will engage in mock trials, online jury research, and demographic profiling to inform case strategy.

Responsibilities include witness preparation, voir dire, and juror research, with collaboration across research and sales teams to manage projects from intake to delivery. Strong writing and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of reliable research methods and human behavior/decision-making heuristics.
• Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
• Knowledge of social science research methodology
• Firm understanding of civil legal processes, procedures, and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software such as SPSS
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Perform jury-related litigation consulting tasks including mock trials and focus group moderation
• Conduct online jury research, community attitude surveys, and demographic profiling
• Assist with witness preparation, voir dire, and shadow juries
• Execute jury selection and juror social media/public records research
• Provide trial monitoring, strategic consulting, and visual communication consulting
• Collaborate with research and sales teams to manage projects from intake to delivery
