Job summary

Eldrion is hiring a Telephone Operator for a fully remote, full-time position. You will manage calls, assist customers, and support daily communications across departments in a global team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in related roles, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM tools. This role offers international exposure and opportunities for development in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is preferred.
• 1–2 years in telephone operator/receptionist/customer service roles
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Experience with CRM platforms or Microsoft Office is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and with international teams

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with multiple teams (Customer Service, Administration, Operations, Sales Support).
• Route calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain call logs and customer records with up-to-date information.
• Support appointment scheduling and communication coordination.
• Monitor service quality and response times.
• Prepare operational reports and management updates.
• Help resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
