Job summary

Quendrix is hiring a Production Supervisor for a fully remote role in the UAE. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate schedules, and lead cross-functional teams across quality, maintenance, and operations to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP/microsoft tools. This role offers international collaboration and growth opportunities in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2–4 years in production or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production operations.
• Coordinate production schedules and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure quality and safety.
