This remote-first role requires a PhD, strong modeling skills in COMSOL/ANSYS/MATLAB/SPICE, data analysis, and the ability to translate theory into scalable engineering solutions while communicating complex results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization.
• Proficient with simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, or SPICE.
• Strong data analysis and experimental design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements.
• Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
