Job summary

Dicetek LLC seeks an experienced project governance lead for multi-site CCTV security rollouts. You will establish baselines, manage RAID logs, and run governance reporting while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include vendor evaluation, milestone tracking, and delivering complete handover artefacts. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred; 15 years in physical security projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience delivering physical security projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management within regulatory constraints.
• Hands-on installation, testing/commissioning and handover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish baseline scope, schedule and RAID logs; provide status reports.
• Governance reporting across multi-site rollouts and site readiness.
• Coordinate security access windows, including non-business hours.
• Manage RFP/vendor evaluation and ensure SLAs and milestones are met.
• Develop artefacts and ensure regulatory and security sign-offs.

Job description

Project governance reporting establish baseline scope schedule manage RAID log run governance and provide status reporting using project management tool Plan and execute multi site rollouts coordinate site readiness access windows incl non business hours and phased cutovers without compromising security coverage

Vendor sourcing management support RFP execution requirements clarifications evaluation support mobilize the selected vendor and manage delivery against milestones quality and SLAs Develop project design artefacts and facilitate Technology Risk Assessment and security sign offs in coordination with the Information Security unit

Regulatory compliance delivery ensure each site meets applicable authority requirements e g MCC ADMCC SIRA local police requirements and produce evidence packs drawings as builts test results approvals

Technical coordination manage replacement of CCTV storage servers and EoL camera recorder components coordinate Milestone XProtect configuration licensing and system hardening prerequisites

Testing commissioning acceptance execute commissioning checklists manage punch lists obtain sign offs and ensure smooth go live per site Transition to BAU deliver complete handover documentation as builts asset inventory updates O M warranties AMC training where applicable Ensure timely self remediation of identified CCTV system vulnerabilities in line with approved remediation timelines in coordination with specialist vendors and OEMs

Experience - 15 yearsMust have - Demonstrated experience delivering physical security projectsStrong stakeholder & vendor management, including operating under regulatory/compliance constraints and tight site access windows Hands-on experience managing installation, testing/commissioning, and structured documentation/handover. PMP / PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certification(preferred). Experience delivering regulatory-driven security projects and managing RFP/vendor evaluation processes.
