Job summary

Sobha Group is seeking a CCTV Technology Solution Manager to lead the lifecycle of enterprise CCTV and video surveillance systems across the Group. You will design roadmaps, review drawings and BOQs, and oversee implementation, commissioning, and vendor performance across multiple sites.

The role requires governance-aligned security expertise, strong project management skills, and experience with multi-brand CCTV ecosystems including analytics. On-site leadership is expected in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/IT or related field.
• 8-12 years CCTV and security technology experience.
• 5 years managing large surveillance environments.
• Experience with enterprise deployments exceeding 1000 cameras and multi-sites.
• Experience with enterprise Video Analytics solutions.
