Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst experience in financial services, capital markets, or financial-market infrastructure.
• Strong institutional-grade digital asset / crypto background.
• Experience with custody, trading, settlement, and wallet infrastructure for digital assets.
• Experience implementing or integrating digital asset or distributed ledger technology platforms.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
• Analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with openness to AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the Implementation Lead in end-to-end Taurus platform implementation and integration across client, vendor, and internal teams.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, mapping Taurus capabilities to client requirements.
• Define end-to-end digital asset workflows including trading, custody, wallet infrastructure, settlement, and tokenized assets.
• Assist integration with existing client systems and market infrastructure; facilitate stakeholder alignment and go-live readiness.
• Leverage approved AI tools to support documentation and process analysis, with human validation and governance controls.
