Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Technical Business Analyst based in the United Arab Emirates for a fully remote contract. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving discovery, requirements definition, scope management, and technical documentation across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in data/analytics projects.
• Experience facilitating structured discovery and turning discussions into actionable requirements.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, governance, and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS data services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed requirements matrices and data dictionaries.
• Own scope tracking and MVP boundary management.
• Maintain governance artifacts and metadata standards.
• Coordinate across concurrent workstreams to align data contracts and architecture.
• Facilitate feasibility discussions and manage risks and dependencies.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear, stakeholder-ready docs.
• Support leadership with logs, risk registers, and status updates.
• Produce client-facing deliverables and workshop summaries.
• Assist with light project management tasks and cross-team coordination.
