Y-Axis is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in the Dubai region, drive sales targets, and develop the store teams to maintain brand integrity and exceptional customer service.

You will deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth daily operations, adherence to policies, and proactive stock management while delivering a superior shopping experience for customers.

Formación

• Diploma or High School Certificate is required.
• Retail related field qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ industry experience.
• Excellent to fluent English.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
