Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks an experienced creative leader to turn client briefs into platform-native social content. You will blend strategy with hands-on execution, guiding teams across designers, editors, and videographers to produce clear, brand-aligned concepts.

You’ll prototype with AI tools, shape mood and visual treatment, and ensure outputs meet briefs across Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. This is a fully remote role based in the UAE, with GCC and international client exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media creative, art direction, or a closely related role.
• Proven experience translating client briefs into executed social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on, practical experience with AI creative tools for prototyping and ideation.
• Strong storyboard and shot-planning abilities with clear visual direction.

Responsibilities

• Review client briefs and identify commercial objectives, audiences, and brand guidelines.
• Develop strategies and concepts addressing objectives and platform formats.
• Translate strategy into creative direction covering mood, tone, and visuals.
• Create storyboards and shot breakdowns for production teams.
• Direct designers, editors, videographers through detailed execution.
• Prototype concepts using AI tools and provide precise guidance on visuals.
