Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Social Media Creative Director in United Arab Emirates. This fully remote leadership role translates briefs into platform-native social content across Reels, TikTok, Stories, carousels, and short-form video.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, prototype ideas with AI tools, and guide designers, editors, videographers, and strategists to deliver client-ready campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in social media creative or related roles.
• Proven experience translating briefs into campaigns across platforms.
• Experience directing designers and production teams.
• Hands-on with AI creative tools (image generation, video generation, editing).
• Strong storyboard and shot-planning abilities.
• Deep understanding of platform-native formats (IG, TikTok, Shorts, etc.).
• Excellent writing and presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review client briefs and identify objectives and brand needs.
• Develop social media strategies and concepts addressing client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Translate strategy into creative direction covering mood, tone, messaging hierarchy, visual treatment, and platform formats.
• Create detailed storyboards and shot breakdowns for execution.
• Prototype concepts using AI tools and provide visual references.
• Provide precise guidance on scene composition, camera angles, transitions, pacing, and visual treatment.
• Monitor emerging AI creative technologies for workflow improvements.
• Promote AI-assisted processes to speed ideation and client turnaround.
• Brief and direct designers, videographers, and editors with clear guidance.
• Review work against the brief and strategy, giving structured feedback.
• Collaborate with strategy to align with paid media and content plans.
• Coordinate timelines with stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Maintain consistent creative quality and brand standards.
• Present concepts to clients when required and incorporate feedback into revisions.
