Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Generative AI Designer based in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on producing photorealistic visuals at scale using cutting-edge generative AI tools, paired with manual retouching to reach photography-level realism.

You will blend creative design, prompt engineering, and lightweight automation while collaborating with branding teams to ensure consistency across campaigns. Fully remote with growth in AI techniques.

Qualifications

Proficient with AI-powered image and video generation platforms.
Advanced photo editing and retouching using Photoshop or equivalents.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and realism.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflows.
Experience with high-volume asset production is preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate high volumes of photorealistic images and videos using generative AI platforms.
Manually refine, retouch, and enhance AI-generated assets to achieve professional realism.
Create simple scripts and automations to streamline batch image generation and processing.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Ensure consistent visual quality, composition, realism, and style across all creative assets.
Monitor developments in AI image generation, editing technologies, and workflows.
Develop and maintain internal guidelines for image realism and AI-assisted production.
