Job summary

Arcsen is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead UI/UX for our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to create intuitive and cohesive designs that meet user needs and business objectives.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Design or HCI, 6+ years in UI/UX, and proven airline industry experience. Proficiency with Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma is expected. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or related field.
• 6+ years of UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proven experience in Airline & Aviation industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Strong interaction design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership in design discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design from concept to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights.
• Create personas, journey maps, and other guiding artifacts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and grow the design team.
