Job summary

Arcsen is seeking a senior UI/UX Designer to lead design from concept to implementation. You will conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of UI/UX experience in digital products, strong tool proficiency (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch), and excellent communication. Airline & Aviation industry experience and Agile exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field required
• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
• Proven Airline & Aviation industry experience required
• Proficiency with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept through final implementation
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development
