Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist to lead paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and analytics for an international client. You’ll manage Meta and Google Ads, build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel, and ensure accurate attribution through Pixel/GA4 tracking.

Remote, worldwide opportunity with India-based candidates eligible. Long-term independent contractor role with weekly payments and growth potential into broader marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Strong written English for ad copy, reporting, SOP creation, and client communication.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads and high-ticket service businesses is a bonus.
• Experience with Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Excel for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with potential future responsibility for TikTok Ads.
• Monitor performance and optimize audiences, creative, messaging, hooks, budgets, and campaign structures.
• Build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel with landing pages, application forms, checkout flows, and follow-up sequences.
• Monitor the complete lead journey from initial ad interaction through conversion, resolving funnel or follow-up issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking for accurate attribution.
• Track KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per sale, conversion rates, and ROAS; prepare weekly reports.
• Develop and test ad copy, headlines, hooks; create short-form video scripts and UGC-style concepts.
• Conduct ongoing creative and messaging tests; use performance data to guide decisions.
• Create structured SOPs in Notion covering advertising, funnels, tracking, and processes.
• Keep marketing systems organized; communicate performance, issues, priorities, and next steps clearly.
• Support onboarding and training of future marketing team members as the business grows.
• Bonus: TikTok Ads, finance or coaching business experience; leadership exposure.
