Job summary

Quendrix, a growing international organization focused on transportation efficiency, is hiring a Route Scheduler to coordinate daily route schedules, optimize planning, and support fleet operations. This fully remote, full-time role suits logistics, dispatch, or fleet planning professionals seeking growth in an international setting.

You will prepare schedules, assign vehicles and drivers, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in route scheduling, dispatch, logistics, transportation, or a related role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of route planning and transportation operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily route schedules based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver assignments for planned routes.
• Work closely with Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Dispatch, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Monitor route performance and adjust schedules when operational changes occur.
• Track delivery timelines and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Support route optimization and resource allocation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams regarding route changes.
• Monitor transportation KPIs and operational performance.
• Help resolve routine scheduling and routing issues.
• Maintain organized records and document control procedures.
• Support process improvements across transportation planning activities.
• Promote operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Assist with cross-functional logistics and fleet projects.
• Stay informed about route scheduling and transportation best practices.
