Job summary

Quendrix is seeking a detail-oriented Route Optimization Analyst to support route planning, analyze transportation data, and improve delivery efficiency. This fully remote, full-time role welcomes applicants with a background in logistics, transport, or analytics.

You will work with international teams across Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, and Supply Chain to enhance operational performance and data accuracy in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in logistics, route planning or analytics an advantage.
• Strong understanding of routing principles and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation and delivery data to optimize routes.
• Support daily route planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Analytics teams.
• Monitor delivery performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare route analysis reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
• Support GPS and route planning system monitoring.
• Assist with fleet utilization and delivery scheduling analysis.
• Track transportation KPIs and operational trends.
• Coordinate with operations teams to improve delivery efficiency.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives across transportation operations.
