Ethos is seeking heads of user research to train its language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full study lifecycle, from interview design to insight synthesis, crafting expert-level reports and visuals. This role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Formación

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows (e.g., usability decks, synthesis summaries, journey maps)
• Design and analyze studies to inform product recommendations and research repository tagging
