Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced civil servants for a flexible, remote role to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows. You will craft policy memos, coordinate interagency information, and develop grant compliance narratives with meticulous attention to detail.

The position offers remote, flexible hours (5–20 hours per week) and an immediate start. Compensation is $70/hour, with work tailored to your schedule and availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages.
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations request narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support policy briefing memos and grant compliance narratives for agency leadership and cross-agency coordination.
• Produce accurate, well-structured materials with attention to regulatory and reporting requirements.
