Ethos is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner on training their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across HR workflows, including job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, and performance templates, all in a remote, flexible arrangement.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations roles, with expert writing and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core HR workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.
