Job summary
Nabu-Labs is seeking a Project Architect to own a project from brief to handover, leading design development, technical resolution, and delivery with authority. Revit fluency is essential and the backbone of how projects are managed, coordinated, and controlled.
Experience 7–10 years in architecture, with 3–4 years in a project lead role and proven delivery of villa and mid-to-high-rise tower projects. UAE codes and coordination with consultants are required.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional architectural experience.
- 3-4 years in a project lead role.
- Proven delivery of villa and mid/high-rise tower projects.
- Ability to manage a project team, programme and client relations.
- Revit proficiency as backbone for design, coordination and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end from concept to handover.
- Define and uphold the studio's design language across projects.
- Lead design reviews and critiques to improve thinking quality.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
- Prepare and manage authority submissions within GCC frameworks.
- Review and sign off complete drawing sets for typologies.
