Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) invites experienced professionals to join its Corporate Banking risk and product governance team in the UAE. The role centers on delivering risk-aware advisory input across CWIBG product programs and lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with governance standards and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Banking with 3+ years in risk management, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years in Banking including 3 years in a Risk Management function.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to contribute to CWIBG product strategy with risk-focused insights.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to analyze post-launch performance and inform decision-making and process improvements.
• Provide advisory input on risk, control, and feasibility during product development and changes.
• Coordinate product approvals and governance with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other authorities.
• Monitor product performance against governance criteria and ensure ongoing suitability.
