Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Manager – Product Governance within Corporate, Wealth and Investment Banking. You will govern CWIBG products, coordinate design, approvals, launches and reviews to ensure risk and regulatory alignment.

You will partner with Product Owners and internal functions to monitor performance, provide risk input, and drive continuous improvement. The role demands a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in banking, including 3+ years in risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 5+ years in banking with 3+ years in risk management.
• Experience in product governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to advise CWIBG product strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to analyze post-launch performance and inform decisions.
• Provide risk, control, and feasibility input during product development and changes.
• Govern CWIBG products through design, approval, launch, change and reviews.
• Coordinate product approvals with Credit Risk, Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal and others.
• Monitor performance and governance criteria; assess outcomes from a governance perspective.
• Engage with Shari’ah Advisory, Risk, Legal and Compliance to build confidence in governance.
