Emirates Islamic is seeking a Business Banking Compliance & Governance professional to support regulatory alignment across products and processes. You will help ensure policies reflect the latest banking regulations and internal controls while advising frontline teams.

Responsibilities

Respond effectively to client needs, resolve queries and ensure accurate, timely transactions.
Support the oversight and implementation of the compliance framework.
Coordinate compliance reviews, risk assessments, audits and remediation projects.
Develop, review and update policies and procedures per regulatory requirements.
Provide governance support to frontline teams and monitor customer profiles.
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and internal control requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and control of documents and secured items.
Deliver governance projects and transformation initiatives aligned with priorities.
Maintain records and timely updates; ensure performance measures are met.
Strengthen collaboration across business and control functions.
