Job summary

Outsized is seeking a Prepaid Card Product Manager for a UAE-based role with a leading bank partner to launch a digital wallet and prepaid card program in the UAE. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from CVP design to BIN setup, scheme onboarding, go-live and post-launch optimization, coordinating across technology, risk, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

6–8 years in card product management or fintech, with at least 3 years focused on UAE/GCC prepaid programs.
Full lifecycle prepaid card experience: ideation, regulatory approval, CVP design, BIN setup, scheme onboarding, launch, scaling and optimization.
Understanding of issuing operations: settlement, scheme pricing, card profiling, limit management, fraud/chargeback.
Knowledge of digital wallet integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) and tokenization.
Experience with customer segmentation, CVP design, and rewards mechanics.
UAE/GCC retail banking or fintech experience in prepaid, debit, or digital payments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end prepaid card launch workstreams including regulatory submissions and BIN setup.
Define CVP, pricing, rewards, and wallet integration across channels.
Manage portfolio P&L, activation, spend, revenue, churn, and fraud metrics.
Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, finance, marketing and external partners.
Deliver monthly dashboards and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
