Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced compliance managers to help train its latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start and compensation at $100/hour. Work is conducted on your schedule across financial services regulatory compliance and risk domains, including drafting and reviewing regulatory filings and policy documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows.
• Draft or review regulatory filings, policies, and control-testing documentation.
• Prepare regulator correspondence and board risk committee materials.
• Support regulatory-filing and disclosure reviews.
