OneForma is looking for remote transcription and speech annotation specialists to work on the Freya Project: Remote Podcast Transcription and Speech Annotation. You will transcribe long-form podcast recordings (30–60+ minutes) and annotate speakers, segments, and audio quality to support voice recognition models.

Applicants should have strong listening skills, attention to detail, and prior transcription experience.

Qualificações

• Strong listening skills and high attention to detail are essential.
• Prior transcription or speech annotation experience is required.
• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (UAE) target language and locale.

Responsabilidades

• Transcribe long-form podcast recordings accurately following project guidelines.
• Identify different speakers and assign consistent speaker labels.
• Segment speech with accurate timestamps.
• Identify the perceived gender of speakers.
• Review audio quality and flag unclear or distorted speech, strong accents, or irrelevant language.
• Verify and correct pre-annotated speech segments when required.
• Ensure all annotations and transcripts meet quality standards.
