Job summary
Simone's Tutoring seeks a qualified American & International Online Curriculum Specialist Tutor. This role is online-based with in-person options in Dubai as applicable, focusing on delivering customised tutoring across American and international curricula.
End-to-end support includes guiding students through coursework and exams, while fostering effective study habits and independent learning. You must hold a teaching degree, MOHRE Tutor Permit eligibility, and have 2+ years of online teaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years' online teaching or tutoring experience.
- Familiar with American, British, IB or other international curricula.
Responsibilities
- Assess students' academic strengths, challenges and online learning needs.
- Deliver personalised online tutoring aligned with American and international curricula.
- Support daily coursework, assignments, projects and examinations.
- Teach study skills, organisation and time management.
- Assist students in navigating online platforms and virtual classrooms.
- Monitor progress and communicate with parents.
- Collaborate with subject specialists as needed.
- Encourage motivation, engagement and independent learning.
