Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a senior leader to drive healthcare transformation by deploying Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence programs. You will partner with client leadership to map roadmaps and achieve maturity, translating strategy into actionable improvements.

You will coach leaders, manage cross-functional transformation efforts, and drive change across organizations, with remote-friendly work options and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline.
• 9-15 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry or a related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
• Extensive experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong background in operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement systems.
• Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deploy, and strengthen client capabilities to establish holistic Business and Operational Excellence programs.
• Serve as a strategic partner to client leadership, contributing to transformation roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational goals and structured improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage transformation roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional client teams.
• Coach leaders and teams on structured problem-solving methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Track and influence key success measures including Operational Excellence maturity and quality improvements.
• Support organizational change management activities such as stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
