The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in QA, 3–5 years in leadership, and a proven track record implementing QA strategies in demanding sectors.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive QA experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in defining and implementing QA strategies in SaaS/FinTech/Healthcare.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and test automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Establish and enforce robust quality standards, processes, and best practices across the product lifecycle.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
