Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Lean Leader - Transformation to coach, drive and lead lean practices across international operations. You will own the Kaizen funnel, collaborate with Gemba teams and leadership, and champion a lean mindset to accelerate performance improvements.

Responsibilities include maintaining the funnel, prioritising kaizen charters, and guiding execution while ensuring sustained handover to operational teams and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management.
• Lean certification is a plus but not a prerequisite.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a functional role with proven lean practice in a commercial environment or operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the transformation system for GEHC International, focusing on value streams and Kaizen funnel.
• Coach and mentor Lean practitioners, sustain transformations, and ensure handover to operational teams.
• Organize and run transformation reviews with International leadership; sharpen the roadmap.
