Job summary

Red Hat in Dubai is seeking a Junior Technical Account Manager to join the FASTER onboarding cohort. You'll develop foundational knowledge of Red Hat's products, assist with basic technical challenges, and learn how to support customers under supervision.

During the 12-month program, you will gain hands-on experience with cloud, automation, and AI solutions, shadow senior engineers, document interactions, and contribute to knowledge bases while building a career at Red Hat.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in CS/IT/AI or related fields from university, bootcamps or certs.
• Understanding of network concepts and configuration basics.
• English and Arabic fluency for professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the FASTER onboarding program to gain deep technical knowledge.
• Gain hands-on experience with Red Hat portfolio and customer solutions.
• Shadow and assist senior teammates delivering guidance to customers.
• Document customer interactions and track issue resolution progress.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
