Jobgether is seeking a Junior In‑App Media Buyer based in the United Arab Emirates. You will help launch, manage, and optimize in‑app campaigns across international markets, focusing on European Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries.

This fully remote role offers hands‑on experience in analytics, market research, and campaign optimization within a fast‑paced environment. You will work with Unity Ads, Binom, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets to analyze data, develop creative briefs, and monitor

• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to interpret data.
• Interest in advertising creatives and marketing funnels.
• Strong research skills across markets and cultures.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset for independent work.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
• Experience with teaser networks is a plus.
• Exposure to in‑app advertising in GameDev (Moloco, AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity Ads) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Facebook advertising is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and manage in‑app ad campaigns across European markets.
• Prepare and analyze campaign data using Unity Ads, Binom, Tableau, Excel, and Sheets.
• Research target markets and identify effective advertising approaches.
• Develop creative briefs based on market insights and trends.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance with publishers in Unity Ads ecosystem.
• Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate user behavior and performance.
• Track KPIs and draw actionable conclusions to improve UA.
• Stay curious about new markets and advertising formats.
