Job summary

Kreative Minds, a Dubai-based marketing and project management agency, is seeking a Social Media Assistant to manage campaigns for internal brands and client projects. The role is remote initially with potential relocation to our UAE office and visa support for top performers.

You will collaborate with marketing and project management teams to plan content, run Meta Ads, monitor campaigns, and prepare simple performance reports while coordinating with designers and clients.

Qualifications

• Practical experience managing social media pages or client accounts.
• Hands-on Meta Ads experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, audiences, budgets, and basic optimization.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working with deadlines and remote teams.
• Agency, freelance, or client management experience is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for Kreative Minds and our clients.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social platforms.
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning.
• Manage Meta Business Suite and support Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• Track ad performance, budgets, leads, and key campaign metrics.
• Prepare simple campaign and social media performance reports.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and leads.
• Research trends, competitors, audiences, and content opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, clients, and project managers.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, creatives, budgets, and results.
• Support other digital marketing tasks as required.
