Job summary

Jobgether in United Arab Emirates seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital products across mobile, web, and AI initiatives. You will bridge product strategy, design, engineering, and client leadership, guiding priorities, timelines, and acceptance criteria in an agile, collaborative setting.

You will build trusted client relationships, manage scopes and backlogs, and influence outcomes while fostering a positive, accountable team culture that sustains delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical or product project management across digital products.
• Proven ability to launch software solutions end-to-end, with mobile experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and adaptable delivery approaches.
• Experience managing backlogs, requirements, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and teams.
• Motivates multidisciplinary teams to deliver with momentum and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile product design and development initiatives, guiding end-to-end delivery of digital products.
• Coordinate communication across product, UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to stay aligned.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish plans, clarify objectives, and drive priorities to completion.
• Own scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and delivery workflows for projects.
• Define scopes of work, document detailed requirements, and ensure alignment with approvals.
• Maintain well-organized product backlogs with clear acceptance criteria and actionable requirements.
• Engage directly with clients, managing expectations, scopes, and long-term relationships.
• Foster a collaborative environment and support continuous improvement and sustainable delivery.
