Job summary

Quantum IND is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and advanced maintenance programs across industrial and manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and spares, while managing CMMS data and a distributed remote team in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing industrial or manufacturing maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Extensive experience developing preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Experience managing CMMS platforms and maintenance-data processes.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, work management, backlog control, and maintenance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive industrial-maintenance strategy aligned with production, safety, quality, reliability, and financial objectives.
• Establish maintenance standards, policies, procedures, governance, and performance expectations.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance plans.
• Balance preventive, predictive, corrective, condition-based, and reliability-centered maintenance activities.
• Establish asset-criticality-based maintenance strategies.
• Manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs across facilities.
