Job summary

Berries Insights is seeking an experienced Asset Reliability Manager to lead reliability engineering, asset management, and maintenance optimization across industrial assets. You will establish proactive reliability strategies, develop governance, and drive lifecycle cost efficiency.

You will build dashboards, perform FMEA and RCA, prioritize improvements, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and procurement to maximize asset performance and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading asset-reliability functions.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and performance optimization.
• Experience with RC Maintenance, FMEA, RCA and criticality assessment.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience with vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis or related predictive-maintenance tech.

Responsibilities

• Asset-reliability strategy: develop and implement an integrated strategy with governance and roadmaps.
• Asset performance management: monitor health, availability, utilization, and lifecycle condition.
• Asset criticality: establish methodologies and prioritize reliability resources.
• Reliability-centered maintenance: optimize tasks based on failure behavior and criticality.
• Failure mode analysis: lead FMEA/RCA and preventive/predictive actions.
• Root-cause analysis: conduct investigations using 5 Whys, Fishbone, FTA, Pareto.
