Job summary

Hampton Heights International is seeking a Mental Health Program Director in Dubai to lead and develop a fully inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse academic and developmental needs of all students.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in inclusive education within a school setting, with deep experience in student welfare, IEP design, intervention programs, and a solid working knowledge of KHDA and UAE education guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of inclusion or SEND leadership within a school environment.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices.
• Experience developing IEPs and intervention programs.
• Familiarity with KHDA and UAE education regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of inclusive education strategies across the school.
• Design and oversee Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Coordinate intervention programs and student support services.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure effective student progress.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA and UAE inclusion requirements and guidelines.
• Promote a positive, inclusive school culture that supports all learners.
