• Lead and manage the school’s inclusion department to support students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress with teachers and specialists.
• Provide guidance, coaching and professional development on inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and external agencies to coordinate support and maintain communication.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Education and KHDA inclusion standards and frameworks.
• Promote a school-wide culture of empathy, respect and equity for all learners.
• Use data-driven approaches to evaluate and enhance inclusion practices.
