Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education-related field and related special education knowledge.
• 3–5 years of experience in inclusion or SEND leadership within a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and student support strategies.
• Experience in developing and implementing IEPs and intervention programs.
• Familiarity with KHDA and UAE education regulations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of inclusive education strategies across the school.
• Design and oversee Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Coordinate intervention programs and student support services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to monitor student progress.
• Ensure KHDA and UAE inclusion guidelines are followed.
