GuidePoint Security is a rapidly growing information security value-added reseller focusing on advisory services. The candidate will design and lead IAM architecture engagements, conducting discovery sessions to deliver tailored access management assessments and roadmaps.

You will guide clients through vendor selection and presales activities, establishing trusted advisory relationships. Ideal candidates bring extensive IAM experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, architecting, and building Access Management solutions.
• Deep experience in Workforce IAM and CIAM.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Ping, or similar technologies.
• 4-5 years of experience in scoping and sizing complex projects.
• 4-5 years of experience responding to RFPs and developing statements of work.
• Experience leading technical architecture and security design discussions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.
• Understanding of common IAM industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create new solutions to provide customers with advisory value.
• Lead IAM assessment discovery sessions for custom Access Management solutions.
• Build assessments containing recommendations and roadmaps based on discovery sessions.
• Assist clients through the vendor selection process.
• Act as a trusted advisor during the presales process to identify best-fit services.
