Job summary

128 Technologies is seeking a proactive Health Safety Environment (HSE) Advisor to support workplace health and safety programs, environmental management, risk assessments, and compliance activities. The role is mid-level to senior, fully remote, part-time, and based in United Arab Emirates.

You will collaborate with project teams, management, and contractors to identify hazards, strengthen safety procedures, and promote consistent HSE standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional HSE experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in OH&S or related field.
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Experience with HSE management systems and compliance reporting.
• Strong English communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HSE policies and procedures.
• Support HSE management systems and safety programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and JSA.
• Monitor compliance with HSE legislation and internal procedures.
• Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training.
• Investigate incidents and document findings and corrective actions.
• Develop HSE documentation, risk registers, and reports.
• Assist with audits and corrective actions.
• Advise project teams on safe work practices.
