Qualifications

• Must be native or fluent in Hindi with deep understanding of Hindi internet culture, slang, memes and regional context.
• Professional writing ability in both Hindi and English.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Ability to evaluate sensitive and disturbing content objectively.
• Familiarity with short-form social media video formats.
• Reliable internet connection for streaming video.

Responsibilities

• Review Hindi-language video content and write detailed evaluations in English.
• Identify and describe problematic content including implied meaning and cultural subtext.
• Assess viewer impact across emotional and sensitivity dimensions.
• Apply structured rating frameworks to categorize content appropriateness.
• Research unfamiliar references to ensure accurate evaluations.
• Triage content that doesn't meet review criteria such as wrong language or broken media.
