Job summary

CNTXT, Inc. is seeking an experienced Thai localization professional for a fully remote, hourly contractor role. You will handle data annotation, LLM evaluation, and content generation tasks to support AI training and localization projects.

Strong English skills and Thai fluency are required to ensure accurate tone and cultural nuance across multiple use cases. You will work across time zones with flexible hours, delivering high-quality, well-justified localization decisions and precise QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, or related field.
• Native or near-native Thai proficiency with strong writing and editing skills.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading/writing) for interpreting prompts and guidelines.
• Excellent editorial judgment in register, tone, punctuation, inclusivity, and cultural nuance.
• Ability to identify meaning drift, ambiguity, locale inconsistencies, and explain corrections clearly.
• Ability to fact-check localized content using reliable sources and consistent reasoning.
• Ability to identify reasoning gaps and unclear explanations even when language is fluent.
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver quality across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Data annotation, labeling, classifying, and structuring documents to support AI training datasets.
• LLM evaluation by reviewing AI-generated responses for accuracy, reasoning quality, and cultural suitability.
• Content generation such as crafting prompts and model responses, or recording voice samples for AI learning.
• Localization QA to ensure terminology, tone, and locale details are consistent across outputs.
