Qualifications

• 3+ years backend development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in exchange development and high-concurrency systems.
• Proficiency with MySQL design, queries, and transactions.
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, RocketMQ).
• Familiar with Kratos, microservices, and DevOps practices (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent Chinese communication skills or ability to work with cross-language teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the exchange's back-end system for high availability and performance.
• Develop and optimize API interfaces for spot and contract trading.
• Contribute to the trading matching engine and aggregation system for efficiency and stability.
• Design and optimize database structures and queries for performance and security.
• Integrate and maintain message queues to support asynchronous tasks.
